153 Requirements:
Marks Required:

Intermediate or equivalent atleast
with 60% are eligible to apply
·
Graduation or 2 year degree holder
and also serving in Govt Services (Pak Navy, Pak Air Force age 17-23 are
eligible to apply
·
Graduation or 4 year Programs (BS,
BA, BBA, BPA pass age 17-24 are eligible to apply
·
Serving in Pak Army as Soldier age
17-25 are eligible to apply
Gender:
·
Only Male Candidates are eligible to
apply for PMA Long Course 153
Martial
Status:
·
Fresh candidates must be unmarried
in case of married as Armed Forces age of over 20 year is eligible to apply
Nationality:
Pakistan Citizen and domicile holder
on any Province are eligible to apply. Candidates with both Nationality will
have to surrender nationality of other country.
Physical
Requirements:
Height Details:
·
Candidates must have 5feet & 4 inches (162.5cm) Height.
·
1.6 Kilometer Running in 8 Minutes
·
Push Ups 15 in 2 Minutes
·
Sit up 20 in 2 Minutes
·
Chin up 3 in 2 Minutes
·
Ditch Crossing 7’.4” x 7.4 and 4’
deep.
·
Standard of Visual: Vision from
distance with glasses must 6/9, 6/12 & Should be J2, J7 or N8, N12 with or
without glasses.
Weight Details:

As per the body mass index.
Selection
Procedure:
·
Candidates must pass Preliminary
Test which will start from November 22, 2023 to January 19, 2024.
·
Candidates must undergo 1st
written & Intelligent Test based on MCQs.
·
After written & Intelligent test
qualified candidates will undergo Physical and Medial and interview at
AS&RCs.
