The latest Prime Minister Wheelchair Scheme has recently been announced. In this Prime Minister's Electric Wheelchair Scheme, The HEC-Higher Education Commission is inviting online applications forms from all these students who having the Disability (ambulatory) & is currently enrolled in any Public Universities & or any affiliated Colleges during 2021-22 year.

Eligibility Criteria

· Have physical disability for such degree that they can't go  from one place to other without the help of a wheelchair.

       ·  And not able to cross over curbs just because of paralysis or               from  the loss of leg.

       ·  Are having one ir both leg missing.

       · All those who is registered in HEC recognized universities or             Enrolled in Public Universities & affiliated Colleges of all                 provinces, AJK, Gilgitbaltistan in Undergraduate, Postgraduate,         MD/M Phil or PhD program.

     · Students must have the certificate of Special Person disability            from any competent Authorities/ Gov't institutions.

     · Students must not receive wheelchair in Phase 1&2.

How to Apply:

All those interested students who meet the above mentioned criteria are invited to apply and submit the online application form on the Below Button or visit the HEC website.

Last date to apply is 15, November, 2021

Take a print of your application form, and attach all the required documents and send/ submit in nearest office of Vice chancellor/Designated person.

Universities/Affiliated colleges will send all original cases to HEC in one transaction before 10, December, 2021 to the below mentioned address fir the distribution of Wheelchair purely on merit base.
