About Scholarships:

Those students who are unable to continue their Education due to Financial issues, HEC Higher Education Commission Islamabad is offering Higher Education Commission Need Based Scholarships 2021 to Undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in Universities. The HEC Need-Based Scholarship Program is for those students who are enlisted in the university only  on open merit.

The HEC is looking for Hardworking students who are striving hard to learn better education. The applicants are to apply from their own universities as HEC are not directly enlisting students into these scholarships program. Candidates can apply through (HEC) Higher Education Commission Online Portal.

Condition/Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the HEC Scholarships you must fulfill the following eligibility recurement :

• Applicants can be of any undergraduate program.
• Candidates belong from any Academic Field is eligible to apply for the scholarship program.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a 4to5 years undergraduate degrees program.
• Students in open merit can apply.
• Self Finance students is not eligible to apply.
• The applicants must be financially deserving Student, only the deserving students will be enlisted
• The Universities will decide the number of seats.
• Applicants who are accepted in the program will be provided financial support throughout their degree programs.
• If an candidates is to drop out, the university will select another deserving candidates.
• Applicants who have apply for Medicine or Pharm-D will be provided financial support throughout the program degree.
• Universities may adjust the total No of scholarships programs depending on the allocated grants.

• To apply Students are required to fill an online application form available at the HEC official website and submit it to the financial aid office of their University.
